2. Scope and purpose of processing
The website requires no registration or login. We process personal data only where you provide it yourself, by e-mail or through the contact form.
We process: full name, e-mail address, optionally company name and phone number, and the content of your enquiry. Purpose: replying to the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation.
3. Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for correspondence you initiate; art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for steps taken prior to entering into a contract; art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries and pursuing potential claims.
4. Contact form
The form on this website does not send data to our server. Once completed, its content is transferred to your own mail client and you send the message yourself. This means the data reaches us only as ordinary e-mail correspondence.
5. Retention period
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter and thereafter for the limitation period for claims — no longer than 6 years from the last contact, unless the law (e.g. tax legislation) requires a longer period.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to hosting and e-mail service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no marketing cookies and no analytics tools that profile users. We store only your language selection in the browser's local storage — this data is never transmitted to a server and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

We reserve the right to update this policy. The current version is always available at this address.
